About the role

This role is primarily responsible for managing and strengthening the company’s brand presence, identifying market opportunities, and developing practical marketing initiatives to support the sale of our fresh products and related offerings.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand position
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns for produce harvest and promotions
  • Manage the company’s digital marketing accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, RED, TikTok
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends and competitor activity
  • Advise on pricing and product mix based on customer demands
  • Support brand management across packaging, labels, promotional materials, point-of-sale displays, website content, and social media channels
  • Coordinate advertising and promotional activities to improve brand awareness
  • Work with management to develop marketing plans that support sales channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve brand visibility, customer reach, and sales outcomes
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers within budget
  • Ensure marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company’s branding

 

Minimum requirements

  • A relevant bachelor’s qualification, OR, relevant three years’ work experience in media, marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Good understanding of brand development, promotional planning, and market analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute practical marketing ideas
  • Experience in food, fresh produce, or FMCG marketing will be an advantage

You will understand how to build customer recognition and trust for a fresh produce brand, and how to support growth through effective market positioning and promotion.

This position is based on 32 hours of work per week.
