About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support the promotion and growth of our early childhood education and childcare services.
This role is responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities, analysing market trends and customer behaviour, and identifying opportunities to increase service visibility, family enquiries, and enrolments within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run advertising and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of the company's home-based early childhood education and childcare services.
- Coordinate promotional activities across online and local community channels to improve service visibility and reach families in target suburbs.
- Work with management to develop effective marketing approaches and promotional campaigns to engage local families and promote the company's childcare services.
- Coordinate the production of marketing campaigns, including digital content, social media, and printed materials, ensuring campaigns are delivered within timeframes and budgets.
- Analyse parent enquiry trends, enrolment patterns, and customer preferences to understand the needs of local families.
- Interpret current market trends and changes in family preferences to identify future demand and support future promotion activities.
- Research local demand and market opportunities for the company's childcare services, and review enquiry, enrolment, and market data to identify opportunities for service growth.
- Support business growth by developing and implementing marketing objectives, plans, and promotional initiatives to increase service visibility, enquiries, and enrolments.
-Undertake market research to identify new opportunities for expanding the company's childcare services.
-Provide advice to management on key marketing elements, including service positioning, promotional strategies, pricing presentation, and suitable marketing channels, to support the effective promotion of the company's childcare services.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, specialising in Marketing, Business, or a related area.
- Or at least three years of relevant work experience in marketing, business development, or the business management field.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
