Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Developer Programmer who will not only develop software applications but also support ICT systems, integration, and digital infrastructure within the business.

Key Responsibilities

 Software Development

  • Analyse user requirements and business workflows
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems
  • Develop APIs and integrate third-party systems

 ICT & Systems Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain internal ICT systems and software infrastructure
  • Assist in managing cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity
  • Work on database management and optimisation (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices
  • Support integration between telecom systems and internal software tools
  • Provide technical support and system improvements across the organisation

 Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience (preferred)
  • Strong programming skills (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience with databases, APIs, and system integration
  • Basic understanding of ICT infrastructure, cloud services, and networking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
