Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

dedicated professional to coordinate customer service operations and support daily service
activities.
About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating customer service operations and supporting technical
service delivery. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service
Coordinator (Client Services) to act as the key communication link between customers and
our technical team, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and customers receive
timely support. The successful candidate will work closely with technicians, sales staff, and
management to ensure smooth day-to-day service operations and excellent customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and
other communication channels.
Act as the primary communication link between customers and the technical team,
ensuring customers receive accurate updates regarding repair jobs, service requests,
and technical support.
Log and manage incoming service requests and repair jobs within the company
system, ensuring all job details and customer information are recorded accurately.
Coordinate and schedule service jobs for technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of
work based on job requirements and technician availability.
Monitor service jobs and maintain communication with customers regarding job
progress and estimated completion times.
Prepare service quotations for customers based on technician assessments and
company pricing guidelines.
Coordinate the logistics of dispatching technicians to attend on-site service tasks and
installations across the service area.
Manage ordering and receiving of stock including service parts, accessories, and
equipment required for technical work.
Maintain accurate records of customer service activities, job scheduling, stock
movement, and customer interactions.
Assist in resolving customer enquiries or service issues in a professional and efficient
manner.
Support general administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the
business.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service coordination,
operations support, or service administration, OR a relevant qualification (Level 4 or
above).
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Confidence working with digital systems and basic office software.
Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment. - Full NZ Driver Licence .
