We have a vacancy for a Special Works Cleaning Position in Christchurch

 About the Position

• Immediate start if suits
• Days & Hours - You will need to be very flexible with the hours you can work. Generally: Monday to Saturday – 6:00am start
• You will be needed for evening work from time to time
• You will get a vehicle to use while working
• You will get a cellphone (if you want one)
• Uniform and all safety equipment/PPE supplied
• You will be working both on your own and as part of a Team

·         Tasks include - (there is a large variety)

• Rubbish Run pick ups
• Window Cleaning
• Carpet Cleaning
• Lawn and Garden maintenance
• Leaf blowing and pick up
• Waterblasting
• Graffiti Removal/Clean
• Gross clean-ups
• Small maintenance jobs
• Plus more

About Us - Deemac Services

•          Has been operating for 39 years in the Canterbury Region so we are here for the long haul
•          Has a team of part time and full time Staff, many who have been with us in excess of 5 years (pretty good for a Cleaning Company), and some more than 10 years
•          Has Supervisors and Team Leaders that roll up their sleeves and help and support the whole Team, they don't just sit back and direct others
•          Has good long term Customers that are loyal and who refer us to others
•          Pay Rate will depend on your experience and willingness to “do the job”
•          Starting Rate $27 - $30 per hour

 About You - tell us

•         What experience you have, this is not a first time Position, you must have experience
•          If you can stomach the Gross clean-ups
•          If you have a full NZ Drivers License - this is a must have
•          If you are reliable & punctual, will you keep fronting up for work on time
•          If you can commit to more than just a couple of weeks work. This is a long term Position
•          It you are fit and healthy (you will need to be for this Position, it will certainly keep you fit)
