Solidtops LTD is a high-end Kitchen benchtop designer and manufacturer. Since 2012, they have dedicated themselves to being on point with current trends and designs, backed by quality in manufacturing.

Task to include, but not exclusive to:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to decide on dimensions and the installation process
  • Determine the materials and equipment needed for the project
  • Construct and install prefabricated stone carvings/masonry units for buildings and interior fittings
  • Set and verify the vertical and horizontal alignment of structures with the aid of levels and a plumb bob
  • Lay and align stones according to construction plans and specifications
  • Cutting, shaping and polishing stone using abrasive saws and power grinders
  • Smooth and polish stones and concrete
  • Clean the surface of marble/stone structures using a sponge, a brush, water or a chemical solution
  • Participate in keeping all work environments clean, orderly, and safe
  • Must comply with company quality requirements

 

The right applicants will have:

A New Zealand Certificate in Stonemasonry (Level 4 and above) or equivalent; or

Two years of relevant work experience in this sector.
