About the Role

  • Support the Butchery Manager in daily operations
  • Lead and support the team during shifts
  • Develop and apply butchery skills, including production and presentation
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service
  • Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met
  • Assist with stock control and minimising waste
  • Step up in the Manager’s absence when required

About You

  • A foodie who enjoys working with quality meat products
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Ready to take the next step in your career
  • Have butchery or meat packing experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to continue learning a trade
  • Enjoys hands-on, physical work
  • A team player who leads by example
  • Available for early starts, weekends, and public holidays
