Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Technician to assist with planning, design support, site coordination, and project execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both on-site and in-office environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and review of civil drawings and plans
  • Conduct site inspections, measurements, and data collection
  • Support engineers with design calculations and documentation
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Monitor project progress and ensure work aligns with specifications
  • Prepare reports, as-built drawings, and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with NZ standards, safety, and quality requirements
  • Assist with material estimation and project costing
