We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Electronic Engineering Technician to support our growing workload.

Role Overview

The Electronic Engineering Technician will be responsible for supporting the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic systems and equipment across various projects. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain electronic systems and components
  • Assist in diagnosing faults and repairing electronic equipment
  • Support commissioning of control systems, sensors, and automation equipment
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Conduct routine testing, calibration, and system checks
  • Record and prepare technical reports and documentation
  • Assist with system upgrades and modifications
  • Ensure compliance with NZ standards and safety regulations
  • Work closely with engineers, electricians, and site teams
