We are expanding our operations and looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new opportunities.


Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our service lines. This is a key role focused on expanding our presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations
  • Develop and implement sales and growth strategies
  • Conduct market research and identify new project opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events
  • Track and report on sales performance and pipeline

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
  • Background in construction, HVAC, electrical, or engineering industry (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of tendering and project-based sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Good knowledge of the New Zealand market
  • Full NZ Driver Licence
