Loader Operator – Recycling Plant (Penrose, Auckland)
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Loader Operator to join a busy recycling facility in Penrose. This is a full-time, hands-on role with the potential to turn into a long-term opportunity for the right person.

Location & Hours
  • Penrose, Auckland
  • Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Occasional Saturday work available
Pay
  • $26.00 per hour + holiday pay
About the Role You’ll play a key role in keeping the recycling plant running efficiently, operating machinery and supporting the wider team. The majority of the work is indoors, so you won’t be affected by weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operating a loader to move and load recyclable materials
  • Assisting with general yard and plant duties
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Current loader licence
  • Proven experience operating a loader (recycling or industrial environment preferred)
  • Forklift experience and license (Very desired)
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work safely in a fast-paced, physical environment
