We are seeking experienced and reliable digger operators for upcoming civil and construction projects across Wairoa, Hastings, Napier, and Central Hawke’s Bay. This role is a temp-to-permanent opportunity, offering stability and growth for skilled operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a range of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and other site equipment
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure machines are safe and reliable
  • Follow site plans and specifications accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Support other site operations as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery on construction or civil sites
  • Hold a Class 2–Class 4 licence, and WTR endorsement
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious
  • Able to pass a drug test and criminal conviction check
  • Legally eligible to work in New Zealand
  • Reliable transportation
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work
