We are seeking a National Sales Data and Reporting Coordinator to join our National Sales team based in Māngere, Auckland. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, data‑driven professional who enjoys turning numbers into insights that support business performance.
The Role
Reporting into the National Sales function, this role plays an important part in enabling the effective management of national accounts through accurate reporting, high‑quality data, and meaningful commercial insights.
Working closely with the National Sales team and key stakeholders across the Service Foods network, you will ensure national client agreements are supported by reliable data, clear reporting, and consistent information across systems.
The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for producing sales and performance reporting, analysing sales and margin data, and maintaining pricing and commercial information that supports national account performance and decision‑making.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining national sales performance reports and dashboards
- Analysing sales, margin, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Tracking national account performance against targets and commercial objectives
- Providing insights and reporting for internal reviews, client meetings, and QBRs
- Supporting National Account Managers with data and analysis for client presentations
- Maintaining national pricing books and ensuring pricing accuracy across systems
- Supporting claim‑back and rebate tracking and reporting
- Assisting with commercial data preparation for tenders and national agreements
- Ensuring accurate documentation of pricing, contracts, and commercial activity
- Providing reliable sales data and reporting to stakeholders across the business
You will work closely with National Sales, Branch and Operations teams, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and external vendors across the Service Foods network.
The Person
You are a highly analytical and organised individual who enjoys working with data and building reporting tools that support commercial outcomes. You take pride in accuracy, have a strong eye for detail, and are confident working with large datasets in a fast‑paced environment.
You will bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales reporting, data analysis, commercial coordination, or sales support
- Experience working with sales data, reporting tools, or CRM systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables and formulas)
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret sales and margin data
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present insights to a non‑technical audience
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales performance drivers
A tertiary qualification is beneficial. Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and reporting or dashboard tools will be highly regarded.
