We are currently inviting applications for the position of Abacus Teacher from individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to supporting young learners in developing strong mental math skills using Abacus tool. The ideal candidate will be fluent in english, fully trained in abacus technique, patient, methodical, and capable of delivering structured training in abacus and mental calculation techniques.
As an Abacus Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing concentration, speed, and accuracy in students through systematic learning methods and regular practice sessions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Well-Structured Abacus Classes – Deliver clear and engaging sessions covering both basic and advanced abacus and mental math techniques.

Develop Cognitive Skills – Support students in improving memory, focus, and numerical ability using visual learning and mental calculation.

Design Lesson Plans – Prepare organized and age-appropriate content to cater to various learning levels.

Monitor Student Progress – Evaluate student performance regularly and provide individual feedback and encouragement.

Maintain a Positive Learning Environment – Foster an atmosphere that encourages learning, participation, and continuous improvement.

Adapt Teaching Approaches – Customize lessons according to the needs, pace, and style of individual learners.
Requirements
Educational Background:

Graduation in any discipline (a background in mathematics or teaching will be an advantage).

Abacus training certification
-
Atleast 6 months experience in teaching abacus tool.
Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in mental math and abacus techniques.

Prior experience working with children or in a teaching role is desirable.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
