Key Responsibilities:

  • Discussing specific client needs, analyzing nail health, and providing expert advice on suitable applications and treatments.

  • Performing high-quality manicures and pedicures, including:

    • Intricate decorative nail art and design.

    • Professional application of artificial nails (Acrylic, Gel, etc.).

    • Specialized nail repairs and hand/foot treatments.

  • Evaluating beauty therapy processes and testing new products to ensure the highest standards of safety and aesthetic results.

  • Managing the front-desk experience by receiving bookings, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate, confidential client records.

  • Providing professional aftercare advice and driving sales by recommending and selling premium cosmetic and nail care products.

Job Prerequisites:

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in a similar role, OR;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service periods.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Clean criminal record and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test if required.
