About the Role:
As a Temporary Class 4 Driver (DG), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of dangerous goods to and from customer sites across Lower Hutt and surrounding areas.

• You will manage your routes, schedules, and documentation to ensure timely deliveries and full regulatory compliance.
• Your role directly supports operational reliability, customer satisfaction, and the company’s safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 heavy vehicles safely for the pickup, transport, and delivery of dangerous goods within designated routes.
• Load, secure, and unload DG consignments in line with company procedures and legal requirements.
• Plan daily routes and manage driving time to meet delivery schedules while maintaining rest breaks and fatigue management standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting defects.
