Our client is looking for a Principal Property Advisor to help with property projects and property needs of the organisation.

Our client is a large public sector organisation and the Principal Property Advisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have:

  • Strong asset management experience
  • Previous experience working at a principal/partner level in property 
  • A strong understanding of the machinery of government 
  • Strong property data and reporting skills
  • Strong management skills and previous leadership experience  

This role is permanent.
