Job Description:
We are on the lookout for an energetic ICT Support Technician to join our business.

What We Offer:

      Guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week it’s a Full-time permanent Role

·         Hourly pay rate between $28 and $35 depending on experience and performance

·         Flexibility is a must as weekends required

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Install or configure software and driver on devices.

·         Set up, test, and repair electronic devices (e.g., audio/visual equipment, laptops,
smartphones, tablets) to ensure proper functionality and resolve issues.

·         Repair and troubleshoot various devices, including laptops, computers,

·         MacBooks, smartphones, iPads, and tablets, by resolving faults, adjusting,
repairing, and replacing worn or defective parts and wiring, while maintaining machines, equipment, and instruments.

·         Attentive at the front desk to make new tickets and assist in sales support.

·         Provide excellent customer service to customers physically as well as over phone
support.

·         Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

·         Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services.

·         Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

To be successful you will need to:

·         Have at least two-year solid relevant experience, or

·         Have a relevant NZQF level 4 or an equivalent qualification or higher,

·         Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions

·         Be physically fit and willingness to work hard

·         Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically and effectively

·         Have "can-do" attitude
