Operator Packer – Full Time (Permanent) 

Location: Auckland City, Auckland 

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

About the Role 

IFP Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator / Packer to join our  busy manufacturing plant based in Penrose, Auckland. 

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, packing plastic products  produced by injection moulding machines, and placing them onto pallets. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Pack Plastics products that are manufactured from our injection moulding machines  and place them into pallets. Cartons are carried from the machine packing benches to  the pallets.  

• Work well with other people in a high speed environment. 

• Collaborating effectively with team members 

• Able to work on Weekends  

• Good Communication  

• Pre-employment drug test is required 

• Ministry of justice check is required 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift cartons to: 

           o 16 kg  

           o Good level of physical fitness 

Work Schedule 

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 

• Roster: 4 days per week (approx. 46 hours per week)
