Job Title:Dispatch Manager

Pay :Hourly $ 30- $35
Hours per week: 30-60
Number of Vacancy: 2-5 position
Requirements:
2 years relevant experience or a level 4 or above relevant qualification,Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions.
Must be flexible for work, able to work over the weekends and must cover our required shifts.
Long-term and full commitments are required.
Oversee the overall operation of order dispatching, including order allocation, route planning, and overall coordination of vehicles and manpower for the moving company.
Manage the dispatch team, drivers and movers, responsible for their scheduling, attendance, performance assessment and daily management.
Optimize dispatching processes and operational efficiency, reduce empty mileage and unnecessary costs, and control overall operating expenses such as fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
Handle major customer complaints, on-site emergencies and order disputes, ensure service quality and reduce complaint rates.
Establish and improve dispatching rules, service standards and emergency response procedures for the company.
Collect, analyze and report daily and monthly operational data, and put forward optimization suggestions for business development.
