We are seeking an experienced and reliable Truck Driver (Class 4 or 5) to join our growing transport operations. You will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes.

Duties include the truck driver

  • Safely operate Class 2 and 5 vehicles to transport goods – for truck driver
  • Adhere to traffic rules, regulations, and company policies- for truck driver
  • Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and secure cargo properly- for truck driver
  • Deliver goods promptly and maintain accurate records- for truck driver
  • Provide excellent customer service- for truck driver
  • maneuvering vehicles into position for loading and unloading
  • loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices
  • observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles
  • making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
  • estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight
  • ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage
  • verifying loading documents, checking the condition of goods, and obtaining certification of deliveries    
  • full time permanent position minimum for 32.5 hours and maximum hours 45.
