The Role
• Lead a successful team of 6 direct reports, mentoring and developing high-performing sales and operations teams
• Take full ownership of P&L, budgets, and KPIs, driving the division’s performance
• Grow sales, expand market share, and develop new revenue streams across Commercial Print, Packaging Papers & Boards and Labels
• Strengthen existing client relationships while securing new business
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and business planning as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team
• Use data and commercial insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable results
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency across the division
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years in Divisional Management, Senior Sales Management, or General Management with full P&L responsibility
• Proven sales and sales leadership experience in print, packaging, or related industries
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in leading teams, driving performance, and achieving growth targets
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High work ethic and a genuine enjoyment of networking in a highly social industry, with the ability to travel within NZ and attend after-hours events
