SG Singh Health Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Bay of Plenty region. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can engage confidently with customers, effectively promote our health supplement products, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient and professional work approach.


Key Duties:

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable health supplement products by providing accurate information and product guidance.
  • Promote products by explaining features, benefits, and usage to support customer needs and encourage sales.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer payments.
  • Replenish shelves, rotate stock, and ensure products are well-presented and properly labelled.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and report low-stock items to supervisors or management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards within the store.
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock deliveries.
  • Support promotional activities, in-store displays, and merchandising to maximise product visibility.
  • Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and compliance requirements related to health supplement products.
  • Provide general administrative support where required to ensure smooth daily operations.

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.

 

Other important requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, if required.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing positively to the team.
