Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Mentor and support cleaning staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Provide quotation to potential clients and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality check to ensure that the business meets compliance with health and safety standards.
- Adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
- Carry out any other duties as requested by the Managing Director.
Qualification & Experience
- At least 3 year work experience as a Manager and a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
