Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
  • Oversee and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Mentor and support cleaning staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Provide quotation to potential clients and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality check to ensure that the business meets compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by the Managing Director.
     

Qualification & Experience

  • At least 3 year work experience as a Manager and a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
