Our client is a local contractor in Christchurch, with ongoing projects around the Christchurch CBD and throughout Canterbury! 

With a number of projects due to start in the next couple of weeks, we are looking for a skilled and competent Civil Labourer with a WTR endorsement 


Role includes:

Civil Labourer

  • Experience working on civil sites 
  • Assisting with trenching and laying pipe. 
  • WTR - Must be able to operate a loader. 
  • Excavator - experience preferred but no essential. 
  • Class 2 licence to drive a small tipper - beneficial but not essential


 

This role is an immediate start for the successful candidate, with long term temp to perm opportunities.

 

Other role requirements include:

  • Reliable and a team player
  • Vehicle to get to and from sites
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test 
  • Current Site Safe - Extrastaff can assist with this!
