About the Role:

You’ll be operating a range of plant and machinery on site, including:

  • Excavators (various tonnage)
  • Rollers & Compactors
  • Loaders
  • Other small plant as required


 

Work involves bulk earthworks, site prep, and general civil construction tasks. You’ll also hop out of the machine when needed to support the team.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 1+ years experience operating in civil construction
  • Confident and safe around services and tight spaces
  •  WTR endorsement + Full NZ Drivers Licence (Class 2 / 4 is beneficial)  
  • Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
  • Good communication and safety awareness


 

Requirements:

 

  • Physically fit and happy to assist on the ground
  • Have reliable transport to get to work
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
