Philips Search & Rescue Trust (PSRT) is the charity responsible for fundraising and promoting the North Island’s largest network of community rescue helicopters. They engage and inspire the people of Aotearoa New Zealand to support a service that saves lives every day.

We are looking for a Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator ready to grow their career. This is a standout opportunity for someone early in their journey who wants hands-on exposure across fundraising, partnerships and events.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building partnerships, and supporting campaigns that make a real impact. From collaborating with sponsors and writing grant applications to delivering multiple fundraising drives that support chopper appeal, this is a hands-on role with exposure across all areas of fundraising.

It’s a fast-moving, career-building opportunity where you’ll learn quickly, gain mentorship, and develop highly transferable skills, all while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.

You’re highly organised and detail-driven and looking for a step up and to get your career on track. A confident communicator, you can write persuasively and engage a wide range of stakeholders. You naturally connect with people and bring a positive, energetic presence to every interaction. Most importantly, you’re ambitious, coachable and motivated to grow your career in fundraising, partnerships or marketing.
