About the Company:

Niuniu Limited has been involving in the residential and commercial decoration industry. Due to business growth, we are currently looking for an experienced carpenter to perform a variety of tasks related to decorating projects. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at reasonable market rate.

Job Descriptions

·       Studying drawings and specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required

·       Carrying out non-structural renovations carpenter work

·       Material quantity and quality inspection for the form works

·       Installing and altering doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, and flooring in existing buildings

·       Taking measurements and calculating the size and number of timbers and materials needed for the form works

·       Cutting, shaping and smoothing lumber and other material according to measurements

·       Erecting frameworks including walls and lays floorboards and confirming if the structure is well established according to drawings

·       Fitting kitchens, cabinetry, skirting, architrave, and other finishing components

·       Inspecting the renovation site and conducting repairs or maintenance for the form works

·       Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

 

 Position requirements:

·       No formal qualification is required, any certificate is a bonus

·       Have 2 years or more relevant experience

·       An eye for detail

·       Be able to work independently as well as a team

·       Be able to work under pressure

·       Be physically fit

·       Be reliable and hardworking

·       Be willing to work during weekends if required

 

Working Place, hours, Wages level

·       Working in assigned construction sites in Auckland

·       Weekly Hours: You will be paid at actual hours however we guarantee minimum 30 hours and maximum 48 hours  

·       Remuneration: Great market driven rates on experience, hour rate $29-$32
