This is a minimum wage job. You will need to be available to work on weekends and public holidays. Drug test and police check will be required for successful candidates.

  • Experience operating CNC or automated manufacturing machinery (preferably in construction materials or heavy industry)
  • Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine settings (e.g. G-code or preset systems)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications
  • Knowledge of brick production processes and quality standards (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent product dimensions and finish
  • Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor faults
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work in a factory environment (dust, noise, manual handling)
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
  • Ability to work shifts, including early mornings or weekends if required
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
