We are a growing Halal Butcher based within a Supermarket,committed to delivering high-quality, ethically sourced halal meat products to our community. Our focus is to freshness,precision cutting,and flavor innovation,marinated meats and small goods productions.

We are looking for an experienced Butcher Man & Small Goods Maker with knowledge of Halal Meat Processing to join our team.This role combines traditional butchery skills with value added production,including sausages,marinated meats.

Butchery Duties:

Breakdown of whole carcasses (lamb,chicken,goat)according to halal standards.

Precisioin cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat.

Maintaining strict hygiene and food satefy standard.

Preparation of sausages (including halal-certified casing),mince blends,and marinated products.

Mixing spices,curing,and batching recipes.

Operating mincers,mixers,and sausage fillers and bandsaws.

Serving customers and preparing customs cuts.

Providing products recommendations and maintaining dispaly presentation.

Ensuring stock rotation and freshness.
