Skoda Brand Manager

Your Key Duties will include:

• Manage the department in line with brand guidelines.
• Drive Gazley Motors to Dealer of the Year for your brand.
• Formulate and implement departmental cost-control policies.
• Direct the allocation of financial resources to ensure profitability and prevent expenditure leakage.
• Direct the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) policies; oversee service-level standards to ensure brand integrity and long-term retention.
• Work alongside the marketing team to direct and develop strategic marketing initiatives for the Skoda brand, assist in promotions and sales including client/corporate events.
• Achieve your monthly sales targets set by your brand partner and Gazley.
• Monitor and control stock levels and ensure they do not exceed maximum stock levels of
  $2.0M.
• Ensure your own and your reports Autoplay is accurate and up to date.
• Keep a high quality of presentation of showroom and used car stock.
• Arrange for privately purchased vehicles to be checked before transaction is completed.
• Control traded vehicles in regards to keeping for sale/wholesale with the Used Car Manager.
• Participate in the daily sales forecasting meeting with the General Manager
• Meet monthly with management to discuss your department’s profit and loss numbers
  and work on goals from those meetings.

You will bring:

• a strong knowledge of the automotive industry
• a proven track record in achieving outstanding motor sales targets in a comparable environment (2-3 years relevant experience)
• a demonstrated ability to manage the Skoda Brand to the level required
• excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

You will be well rewarded.  The base salary comes with a gross sales bonus paid as a percentage of profit (to be negotiated).

Your standard working week is Monday to Friday (40 hours) plus every second Saturday (an 8 hour shift).
