Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of our business. This part-time role (25 hours per week) is critical to ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting management, and maintaining accurate records across administration, finance, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Management
  • Manage all general office administration and daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation
  • Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, service providers, and internal staff
  • Coordinate office processes, systems, and improvements to support efficiency
  • Handle correspondence, email management, and scheduling as required
Finance & Accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare basic financial reports for management
  • Liaise with external accountants or bookkeepers as required
Payroll
  • Process staff payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records, timesheets, and leave balances
  • Ensure payroll obligations are met in line with relevant legislation
Stock & Ordering
  • Manage ordering of stock, office supplies, and consumables
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
  • Strong experience with finance, invoicing, and payroll processes
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using accounting, payroll, and office software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
