We are running a well-established business specializing in mobile phone and computer repair, phone accessories and replacement of their portable devices. Our services include inspection, rebuilding, alteration and the supply of spare parts, accessories, raw materials, adhesives, sealants, coatings etc. We are a friendly team of dedicated people to provide outstanding services and products to society. You will be required to work between 30 hours – 40 hours from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose and Fix All Desktop PC Problems (including hardware & software)
· Maintain client database for company
· Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
· Installing and downloading appropriate software
· Ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment
· Implementing computer networks
· Designing and maintaining websites
· The ability to resolve customer issues, particularly in relation to technical or website related issues and any other level of troubleshooting.
· Can train staff on basic usage of various applications and basic hardware troubleshooting
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks of the company
· To provide basic training and advice on various IT and Internet related matters
· Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults.
· To ensure that all mobile phones are fully repair with competent and genuine knowledge
· To ensure that correct and accurate procedures relating to all aspects of
the mobile phone repairs are followed as outlined in the company’s documentation and manual
· To ensure that all processing, reporting and recording of customer transactions and sales are performed honestly and accurately
· Repairing and servicing devices
· Diagnosing the testing devices
· Work within the extremely dynamic environment whilst maintaining service
levels and providing the highest level of customer service
· Ability to cope with pressure within the workplace and remain focused
· Communicate solutions to customers via email, phone or in person having both wide and limited knowledge of company products and services
· Ability to grasp an excellent working knowledge of various mobile phones hardware and software.
· Designing, developing, installing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management Programme linking the company to commercial customers
· Adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
· Administration of the online computer network and any company database managing any staff or customer issues, such as online requests for billing,
invoicing, customer information, feedback, refunds, claiming of costs and so on.
Key requirements
· To be successful you should have at least 2 yeras of Industry Work experience or at least Level 4 or higher qualification in relevant field
· Excellent ICT skills and strong knowledge of the ICT industry
· Good understanding of computers/smartphones/networking and other communication devices
· Good time management and communication skills and the ability to work
well under pressure
Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level, it will range from $29 -$35 per hour.
