• Set the overall business direction and strategic goals in line with the company’s vision and objectives
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Monitor overall business performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead senior management and department heads, providing direction, leadership, and decision-making support
  • Establish and review company-wide policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and corporate obligations
  • Represent the business in negotiations, partnerships, and discussions with key stakeholders and external organisations
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and develop strategies to manage or capitalise on them
  • Approve major investments, contracts, and resource allocations
  • Promote a strong organisational culture, ethical standards, and professional conduct across the business
  • Report to owners, directors, or shareholders on business performance and strategic outcomes

Pay rate: $23.95 per hour

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree
