INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION & TRADING LIMITED specializes in carpentry and a wide range of construction work. We are seeking one Carpenter to join our busy team and deliver high-quality service to our valued customers. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week.

This position requires you to do the following tasks:

· Review drawings and specifications to determine required materials, dimensions, and installation methods.

· Order and select timber and building materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.

· Prepare layouts, cut materials to size, and assemble components using nails, screws, and adhesives.

· Construct and install framework, roof structures, sub-flooring, and floorboards, ensuring structural accuracy.

· Install fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior cladding, and door and window frames.

· Assemble and fit pre-cut wood to form structures and fittings for installation.

· Cut and shape wood joints for strong and secure connections.

· Repair and modify existing fixtures and fittings.

· Adhere to health and safety standards.

· Other reasonable tasks required by management.

 

Requirements of the position include:

  • At least two years of work experience in construction.

  • Good communication and coordination skills to work as a team member.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently.
