With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for looking after their people, we are on the hunt for a skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join their Auckland team.

About the role:

  • Servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

  • Fault-finding and breakdown response across a variety of sites

  • Preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance

  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues

  • Repairing or replacing key components (compressors, motors, fans, etc.)

  • Interpreting plans, schematics, and technical manuals

  • Working both independently and alongside a solid, experienced team

About you:

  • Trade qualified (Level 4 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

  • EST certification (essential)

  • Proven experience across commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage your own jobs and workload

  • Full NZ driver’s licence

  • Willingness to be part of an on-call roster
