We are a growing solutions provider specialising in telecommunications and energy solutions for business clients across New Zealand. Partnering with leading providers such as One NZ, we deliver tailored connectivity and energy solutions to commercial customers, helping them improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

We are seeking two motivated and results-driven Business Development Managers to drive new client acquisition and manage existing business relationships. This role is primarily focused on business-to-business sales and client solutions, identifying customer needs and delivering appropriate telecommunications, IT, and energy service packages.

Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SME and corporate sectors 
    • Promote and sell telecommunications, IT, and energy solutions to business clients 
    • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored service solutions 
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements 
    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients 
    • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives 
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities 
    • Liaise with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery

Skills and Experience Required
    • A Bachelors degree and At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or solution-based sales 
    • Proven ability to sell telecommunications, IT, or energy solutions to business clients 
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
    • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients clearly 
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
