Evening aircraft cleaning - Nelson Airport

Sunrise Cleaning services the Air NZ aircraft overnighting at Nelson Airport.  We require a solid, reliable person to assist our team on two permanent nights per week, polishing the external body of aircraft.

Two nights per week -

Monday and Tuesday.  Start time 7.30pm, finishing at midnight.  (4.5 hours each evening).

The position involves hand polishing the exterior of aircraft.  A good level of fitness is required, and you will need to possess good agility as you be working on the external body of aircraft.

Applicants will need to be able to work as part of a team and will also need to be able to obtain airport security clearance.  We are looking for someone who lives permanently in Nelson to fill this position. (Not suitable to those holding a working holiday visa)

Full training will be provided.

We maintain the fleet of aircraft 365 days of the year, so ability to work on public holidays will be necessary from time to time.

Preference may be given to applicants who can cover other staff (leave etc) on other nights of the week on occasion, although this is not a prerequisite.
