Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide clients for luxury facial and body experience including skin analyses, facial therapies, skincare, massage and body treatments.
- Communicate with clients for evaluating their needs and advising suitable skin-care and body treatments
- Ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Advise clients on post-treatment care and suitable home care products.
- Upsell beauty and wellness products and promote service packages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Manage bookings, handle payments, and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- NZQF Level 4 qualification; OR
- At least two years of working experience in relevant industry
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Have strong Health and Safety awareness
- Be physically fit
