Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide clients for luxury facial and body experience including skin analyses, facial therapies, skincare, massage and body treatments.
  • Communicate with clients for evaluating their needs and advising suitable skin-care and body treatments
  • Ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Advise clients on post-treatment care and suitable home care products.
  • Upsell beauty and wellness products and promote service packages.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
  • Manage bookings, handle payments, and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • NZQF Level 4 qualification; OR
  • At least two years of working experience in relevant industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Have strong Health and Safety awareness
  • Be physically fit
