Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification
- Atleast 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferrably with NZQCF Level 7-19 or NOL Skill Level 1
- Ability to use spreadsheets and data analytics tools for demand forecasting and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of New Zealand Health and Safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive procurement, warehousing, and logistics frameworks and protocols.
- Designing and launching cost-efficient replenishment plans to balance inventory requirements with budgetary constraints.
- Auditing and evaluating warehouse management systems to ensure stock availability aligns with demand while maintaining precise inventory control.
- Maintaining precise tracking of all supply chain movements and automating re-order points to optimize stock levels and operational continuity.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for departments and customers to manage outbound logistics, ensuring seamless delivery and transportation coordination.
- Supervising the systematic recording of all supply chain transactions to maintain complete visibility from purchase to final delivery.
- Leading departmental operations and conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure team productivity and professional growth.
- Ensuring all deliverables and services strictly align with client specifications and quality expectations.
