Focus Marketing Limited are currently seeking Four - Sales & Marketing Managers to join our hardworking team at our business in Auckland, Otago, Manawatu & Canterbury - New Zealand. You will be responsible for managing the sales team and planning and executing business strategies to drive overall growth. We guarantee a Minimum of 30 hours per week with the pay rate is $40 to $43 per hour & can be negotiated for the right candidate. You will be required to work as per the roster and be available on weekends and public holidays.


Job Description:

  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally with the team
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Setting discount rates, special prices and determining prices for customers
  • Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Suppliers
  • Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Training sales staff to sell at peak performance.
  • To promote the company’s existing products, introduce new products on the market, and review them at regular intervals.
  • To understand the company’s objectives and create opportunities, research pricing, and set up new pricing as necessary.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in any field is required to work as a Sales & Marketing Manager with Focus Marketing Limited.
  • However, 2-3 Years of Work experience in a similar role can substitute for the qualification.
  • Ability to work in a Multicultural Environment.
  • Possesses motivational and leadership skills.
  • Good Communication skills and confidence to lead the team.
  • Must not take drugs and be able to pass random tests when required.
  • A team player who can work competently under pressure.
  • Must be able to work across any shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must be a fit, quick thinker, reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
