We are working with some great Christchurch and Selwyn based companies who need reliable & experienced class 4 and 5 drivers for ongoing civil, Hiab and general freight work in and around Christchurch and the South Island.
Hours of work vary but are generally 07:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Pay Rate: $28.00 to $34.00 p/h (dependent on experience) + 8% holiday pay
These companies have a secure forward workload and a variety of ongoing projects.

What we need from you:
- Class 4 or 5 Licence.
- Road ranger experience for some roles
- Confident in reversing and tipping work
- General groundwork required when needed
- Hiab ticket for certain roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and site workers from other trades
- Always reliable and punctual
- Maintaining accurate driver records
- Experience with Load Security or Unit Standard 28715 handy.
- Ensuring all workplace health and safety and environmental practices are adhered to at all times
- A background in civil construction, drainage or bulk earthworks is preferred but not essential
- Good rates of weekly pay
