We are seeking a Hygiene Manager to lead and oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations within our organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and compliance across all facilities. You are required to work minimum 30 hours and maximum 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday as per roster.

 

Job Duties

 

·        Effectively manage & maintain key stakeholder relationships, service delivery, staff development, financial performance, contract performance, maintaining organisational procedures.

·        Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

·        Ensure compliance and quality assurance for daily operating protocol, quality control procedures, personal hygiene requirements, housekeeping and internal practices.

·        Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

·        Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented.

·        Looking after the company and client property and equipment.

·        Controlling documentation and reporting of correct and accurate data.

·        You will also participate in daily cleaning verification checks to ensure the quality outcomes are achieved.

·        Establish and maintain relationships with clients and take regular feedback about services provided.

·        Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.

·        Deliver supplies and equipment to sites

·        Monitor financial and contract performance while driving continuous improvement.

 

Job Requirements:

 

·        You should have at least 2 years of relevant Work Experience in management or Level 4 or higher diploma in any stream

·        Ability to work efficiently and maintain high cleanliness standards.

·        Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

·        Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

·        Good attention to detail.

·        Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if required.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Clean character background.

 

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $28 per hour to $35 per hour.
