OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in Auckland region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor, exceptional customer service skills and proven track record of achieving sales targets. You are required to work minimum 30 hours and maximum 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday as per roster.

Job Duties

Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing customer concerns promptly.

Sales Management: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets through effective merchandising, inventory control, and promotional activities.

Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.

Training and Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Reporting: Prepare and analyse sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.

Job Requirements:

·        You should have at least 2 years of managerial Work Experience or Level 5 or higher diploma in management

·        Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

·        Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.

·        Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.

·        Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

·        Good attention to detail.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Clean character background.

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $28 per hour to $35 per hour.
