Handyman

We are looking to hire handyman for our company based in Auckland. This is a full-time
permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the pay rate for this position
will be 29.00 NZD per hour.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 Ensure property lawns are mowed, trimmed and gardens are well maintained.
 Perform general maintenance and minor repair work (e.g., carpentry, painting, plastering, minor plumbing, and laboring).
 Carry out minor property repairs and maintenance as requested.
 Follow New Zealand health and safety regulations and site requirements.
 Removing excess rubbish from properties before settlements when required.
 Additional duties as requested by the Management from time to time.

Skills we require:
 A minimum of 1 year experience working as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a
similar role.
 A good level of physical fitness and strength.
 Good knowledge of general building and maintenance work.
 Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
 Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
