Working alongside a team of respected and experienced Licensed Immigration Advisers and supported by a highly driven and professional team, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to continue to grow their current knowledge of New Zealand immigration.

Our offices are based in Ponsonby, and our team works on a flexible schedule with most of us working from home once a week. We are looking for an Auckland-based person who can meet and build strong relationships with our client base. 

Our client base is wide and varied. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different countries and backgrounds, as well as well-known New Zealand businesses who engage our services.

 To succeed in this role and be a valued member of our team we envisage that you will:

  • Hold an IAA licence (provisional license holders considered for the right person).

  • Holding an Australian MARA license and experience in Australian immigration would be advantageous.

  • Have experience giving immigration advice.

  • Provide high levels of customer service.

  • Enjoy working with people and have a natural desire to offer good service.

  • Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

  • Have excellent written and spoken English.

  • Be organised and accurate.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ethical service.

  • Have a desire to commit to a team and a company (many of our employees have been here for over 5 years).

  • Have IT skills and experience using Outlook, RealMe, Dropbox and CRMs.

  • Have great references from any prior employer, relevant or not to this role.
