Role Responsibilities / Duties:
- Estimations and tendering.
- Managing multiple contracts simultaneously, leading crews and subbies for successful contract delivery.
- Contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, health and safety and industry regulations.
- Prove accurate reporting on financials, progress and variations.
- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering
- 5+ years civil contracting experience, strength in road construction advantageous.
- Confident & effective communication skills with people of different levels.
- Proven ability managing and deliver contracts on time, within budget.
- Ability to lead by example, driving safety, quality & performance.
