- Earn $50 to $55 per hour depending on experience, plus super
- Vehicle provided so you are not out of pocket getting to site
- Monday to Friday only, 7am to 3:30pm. No weekend work, no exceptions

Day to day you will be across:
- Leading and supervising roofing crews on residential and commercial jobs
- Maintenance roofing across a variety of property types
- Attending jobs to assess roof repairs and measure for quotes
- Assisting with material ordering and job preparation
- Delivering quality workmanship and holding the crew to the same standard
- Working across new builds, renovations, and maintenance projects
- NZ Certificate in Roofing or equivalent qualification
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience on roofing jobs
- Strong maintenance roofing background, residential and commercial both valued
- Ability to assess repairs, assist with quoting, and manage materials
- Current White Card, Working at Heights ticket, and valid driver's licence
- Genuine commitment to relocating to the Sunshine Coast long-term
