We currently manage and operate several successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, including Cutehart, Beauty Monster, and ProfySkin. These platforms focus primarily on beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products, catering to a global customer base with a strong emphasis on product quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to support the development of engaging digital content across our e-commerce platforms.

This role involves creating and manipulating digital assets—including video, animation, graphics, and interactive media—to support marketing campaigns, product promotion, and brand storytelling across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce multimedia content including videos, animations, graphics, and digital assets for marketing campaigns
  • Create product videos, promotional materials, and social media content for DTC brands
  • Edit and enhance visual content for websites, online stores, and advertising platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with brand strategy
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for campaigns and product launches
  • Optimize multimedia content for different platforms (website, mobile, social media, ads)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and multimedia outputs
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging digital content strategies
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in multimedia production, digital design, or content creation
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of e-commerce content, social media trends, and digital marketing
  • Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a plus
