Construction Supervisor

Roohani Investments Limited is looking for a full-time Constructions Supervisor to supervise our construction sites. This is based in Auckland. You will be working in a positive mindset team and a friendly environment.

As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our business. You will be responsible for:

·         for revising all floor and construction plans and other drawings.

·         Make sure to comply with all the specifications and other initial work.

·         Must comply with all the building codes and laws.

·         Regularly assist all the senior Managers, Architects and further stakeholders of the construction sites.

·         Make sure all the material is up to standard and Complies with the requirements.

·         Must provide a real-time lime for the project and must act if the project does not comply with time line.

·         Must comply with the cost and make sure it is competitive.

·         Keep the data of the plans and make sure all the stages are up to date.

·         Must adhere to the Health and Safety legislation.

·         Must report any injury to the appropriate staff.

·         Make sure staff are equipped with proper PPE.

·         Safety is a must for you and team.

Requirements:

• Must have good communication skills.
• Location: Auckland
• Experience: One year of proven experience or certificate, or a diploma.

Hours: Full-time role,  30+ hours.

Pay Rate: Salary would be $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
